Areas of specialty: intellectual property law, unfair competition, economic law, legal disputes. She drafts, provides opinion on and takes part in negotiations of commercial law agreements, both of strategic importance for the Customers, as well as regarding ongoing operations, with particular focus on intellectual property law. She has vast experience in disputes before common and administrative courts as well as the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland. In her legal practice, she has dealt with cases on the protection of trade marks, industrial designs, unfair competition and copyrights, combating trade in counterfeit goods, including drafting and filing applications for trade marks before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland as well as the European Union Intellectual Property Offices. She conducts pre-trial negotiations and legal disputes related to the infringement of industrial property, regulations on combating unfair competition, and copyrights. Also, she performs comprehensive analyses of economic operations, looking for potential legal risks and liability for damages in connection with such violations and drafts and provides legal opinion on contracts in the area of current business activities. Graduate of the Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw (May 2006). Speaker of English and German.
