Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz. Currently, lecturer at the Chair for Administrative Proceedings at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz.
Appointed as an Expert at the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy and the Ministry of Energy.
Specialist in the law of personal data protection as regards implementation of data protection standards in organizations and in administrative and enforcement proceedings.
Has authored a number of research papers and legal opinions. Long-term consultant and trainer at consultancy firms. Recognized lecturer and practitioner. Conducts employee trainings at public administration authorities, both on the local and central level, as well as for practicing lawyers and employees of partnerships and companies. For his scientific and teaching achievements awarded with a number of Ph.D. and incentive scholarships as well as the University of Lodz Rector’s Award.
