A graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in the field of Personal Data Protection and Information Security Management organized by the Lazarski University in Warsaw. She completed the attorney apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. She is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
She specializes in personal data protection law. Her practice in this area includes, in particular, conducting audits, preparing internal documentation related to the processing of personal data as well as issuing opinions and advising on the compliance of personal data processing with legal requirements.
Her specialization also includes ongoing legal service of economics entities, with particular focus on commercial companies, including drawing up and reviewing contracts, preparing corporate documents and drawing up legal opinions. She has experience in conducting trade negotiations aimed at concluding contracts and in representing clients in proceedings before common and administrative courts. In her professional practice she also deals with establishing, transforming and liquidating commercial law companies as well as conducting and coordinating legal audits of business entities type due diligence.
