Legal counsel trainee at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw. Łukasz Kesling specializes in IT law, e-commerce law, energy law as well as in legal cases concerning protection of competition and consumers as well as commercial companies.
His professional experience includes cooperation with companies from the IT, telecommunications and energy sectors. Has long-term experience in corporate legal support of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Being an expert in this field, he provided legal support of IT system roll-out projects dedicated to electrical energy suppliers and telecommunications companies providing B2C business process support.
Conducts numerous proceedings before market regulators (Office for Competition and Consumer Protection, Energy Regulatory Office, Office of Electronic Communications) as well as court proceedings in disputes with the afore-mentioned authorities.
He is also involved in M&A transactions on the public market. His experience in this field includes in particular performing due diligence exercises and preparation of transaction documentation.
Moreover, he provides consultancy on transformation, merger or division of commercial law companies.
